Not much pedalling done this week. Bit of a head cold. Power cranks fitted. Not power meters. Some cyclocross coaches appearing out of the wood work, some that haven't even ridden a cross bike never mind raced a cross bike. 3 hour spin on Sunday around coastal path and then up through Leadminds.
Cuchulainn Cycling Club are running Thursday night cross races. I didn't know what to expect but headed down with Lee Harvey to use as a training event.
